Shipping Policy

Address and Contact Details:

We require a physical street address for the goods to be delivered. It is your responsibility to provide us with the right address. Delivery to PO Boxes can be only made under special circumstances. To help us process order please provide all forms of communication method including phone and mobile numbers. An authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign and collect the goods. Couriers may try to contact you before your goods are out for delivery.

 

Availability of items

Stock availability are subject to change and is updated once every day. On the off chances that someone might place orders sometime before you for low stock items and we run out, you will be notified at the earliest. A refund will be issued or you can choose to backorder, we will provide you with the next ETA.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges of goods will be calculated via our shipping calculator in the cart and checkout page.

 

Proof of Delivery

ETA or Delivery Lead Time

On most cases we dispatch your order within 0-1 working days after the receipt of clear payment. Delivery timeframe will then be determined from courier companies. It is generally from 1 – 5 working days. It can be less or little more depending on Metro and regional areas.

Despite the fact that we try our very best to keep at least 80% of what we sell, certain products are hard to obtain. If there’s a delay to your order, you’ll be informed of the ETA (estimated time of arrival) via email or phone.
